By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 698pkr platform — including the website at 698pkr.net, the mobile-optimised interface, and any associated gaming services — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 698pkr bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or periods of platform unavailability, including those caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 698pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Players may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and compliance with 698pkr's withdrawal procedures.
